As our residents have most likely already noticed, the thermo-modernisation of the City Office in Kalety is slowly coming to an end. All the walls of the building have been insulated, and the clinker was placed on the pedestal of its facades. The covering of exterior stairs to the building has also been replaced. Works inside are also being completed. The windows in the stairwells have been replaced and new furnaces installed, also we installed a new central heating system. On the roof of the building, the solar panels to support the production of hot water have been installed. The completion date of the project is planned for April 2016. Its value amounts to PLN 1 103 990.00 of which PLN 765 040.00 was acquired by Kalety from the Financial Mechanism of the European Economic Area 2009-2014 Operational Programme PL04 Saving energy and promoting renewable energy sources energy.
