The informational meeting coverage in connection with the implementation of the extended project scope of energy efficiency improvement of the City Office building

Today, on 31st of January 2017, in the session room of the City Office in Kalety, the informational meeting in connection with the extended project scope named “Energy efficiency improvement of the public building through a comprehensive thermo-modernisation of the City Office in Kalety at ul. Żwirki i Wigury 2”, which is co-financed by the Financial Mechanism of the European Economic Fund 2009-2014, was held. The additional material scope of the project concerns 3 elements: the installation of ventilation, a heat pump and internal lighting in the building of the City Office in Kalety, ul. Żwirki i Wigury 2. The conference aimed to promote this project, and its organization resulted from the guidelines of the EEA Grant in terms of the projects promotion.
The meeting was attended by: city councillors of Kalety: Chairman of the City Council Eugeniusz Ptak, Vice Chairman Janina Perz, Irena Nowak, Ryszard Sendel, Kazimierz Złotosz, Grzegorz Krupa, Adam Gabryś, Edward Drabik, Alojzy Rupik, Treasurer of the City of Kalety Renata Sosnica, employees of the Strategy and Development Department of the City of Kalety, Director of the Joint Services Centre, contractors, supervisors and designers of the investment task. The local media were also present, including the editor-in-chief of the weekly Gwarek. The meeting was opened by Chairman of the City Council Eugeniusz Ptak who welcomed the guests and reminded the origin of applying for funds by our city from the Financial Mechanism of the European Economic Fund for the thermo-modernisation of the City Office. Further, the employees of the Department of Funding presented the multimedia presentation to the gathered guests, during which they recalled the operation principles of the European Economic Area Financial Mechanism and the Operational Program PL04 "Energy saving and promoting renewable energy sources" under which the City of Kalety received the grant. The extended project scope named “Energy efficiency improvement of the public building through a comprehensive thermo-modernisation of the City Office in Kalety at ul. Żwirki i Wigury 2” was also presented. At the end of the meeting, all the assembled were asked to complete an evaluation questionnaire to examine the level of project funding expertise.
